Malleable Bot

Work with Malleable directly in Slack or Teams. Get something done once, then make it repeatable.

Ask for something once in a thread, then ask for the same every time. The steps come from the conversation.

How it works

  • Ask in Slack or TeamsMessage Malleable Bot or mention it in a channel, and it does the task in your connected apps. It checks with you before changing anything.
  • Make it repeatableWhen the task comes up again, ask it to keep doing it. It turns the conversation into an operation you can refine in the same thread.
  • Ask about any runAsk what happened in a run, or how an operation works.
  • Reply in the threadAnswer a run that's waiting on you, or say what went wrong and it suggests a fix.

For example

In a finance channel, someone asks Malleable Bot to check this week's vendor bills against the purchase orders and post any that don't match. It does. They reply in the same thread: "Do this every Monday, and check with Dana before we pay anything over $5,000." Malleable turns it into an operation: the matching runs the same way every week, and bills over $5,000 wait for Dana's approval.
