It does the work

Custom forms for handoffs

When the operation needs something from someone, it sends them a short form for that request, with the context they need.

What the supplier sees: the defect report and the one decision that's theirs, in a form made for this run.

How it works

  • Built with the operationMalleable builds each form as part of the operation. Nobody designs a screen by hand.
  • Each form includes contextThe form shows what the person needs to know about the case, so they don't have to read through email threads or documents to catch up.
  • It reaches people where they areBy email, in Slack or Teams, or as a link. They don't need a Malleable account.
  • It keeps things movingIf someone doesn't answer, Malleable nudges them, can follow up in another app, and escalates to someone else if needed.
  • Everyone sees only their partA supplier sees their question, and nothing about your internal approvals.

For example

A customer's warranty claim is missing a receipt. Malleable emails the customer a short form that already shows the claim details and asks for one thing: the receipt. They upload it from the link, with no account, and the claim moves on to review.
